Glenn Gavin represents clients in a variety of corporate, finance and real estate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, leveraged financings, construction financings, fund financings, acquisition financings, and real estate purchases and dispositions.
Prior to joining Ballard Rawson Jorgensen, Glenn was a corporate finance associate at two Am Law Top 5 firms and Vault Top 10 firms, where he represented public and private sector clients, including financial institutions, investment funds and private equity firms, in connection with a broad array of domestic and international, hotel, hospitality, gaming, technology, healthcare, and real estate transactions.
Glenn also represents emerging growth companies as their outside general counsel.
During law school, Glenn was Editor of the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology, a member and active participant in the University of Virginia’s Entrepreneurial Law Clinic and the President of the Rex E. Lee Law Society.
