Bruce Jorgensen has practiced law in Las Vegas, Nevada since 1996. His practice focuses primarily on real estate and business transactions. Mr. Jorgensen’s practice includes real property acquisitions and dispositions, commerical leasing, real estate development, common interest communities, home owners associations, financing transactions and business formations.
Mr. Jorgensen received his Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where he graduated cum laude and served as Publications Editor of The Tax Lawyer. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University.
Mr. Jorgensen began his legal career in Las Vegas with a transactional law firm representing homebuilders, commercial real estate developers, contractors, lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, custom home builders, real estate brokers and property owners, among other clients, in the areas of real estate law, corporate law and construction law.
Mr. Jorgensen served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for a developer of master-planned communities and other commercial projects, where he provided legal and management services in connection with the company’s real estate and business transactions, and represented the company’s affiliated construction management and real estate brokerage companies.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jorgensen operated his own law firm, during which time he also served as General Counsel to a Las Vegas homebuilder.
